I have various trainings, including in Western allopathic medicine (retired), medical qi gong, zen chaplaincy, hakomi, way of council and ancestral clearing. In a life gifted with experience and with opportunities to work and study with and be mentored by many teachers, I am an alchemist: I am drawn to be involved with, witness to, agent of and participant in Transformation. 
 
I resonate with a Daoist framework and cosmology, which inform my non-denominational approach. Bringing our loving awareness to our experience informs and directs our curiosity in a dynamic relationship with the Universe in which we are met and guided, challenged and supported. Our consciousness and intentionality are foundational in our manifestation: form and formlessness are ever emergent within our potentiality.  My guiding principles in my work and life include Love, Humility, Respect, Compassion and Kindness. These, along with the energetics of Spaciousness, Ease and Beauty assist us in our alchemical cauldron.

Rielke* advises us to live the questions. Some that I come back to regularly are:  How is it that suffering can be transmuted into wisdom, love and compassion? How might we recreate ourselves, metabolizing identities as useful/skilful for growth, expansion and connection? How is Life asking to be lived through us, helping us find our most authentic manifestation, in this moment, and then changing, molding, shaping, manifesting again in the next? How might we move without resistance into a more resonant expression? 

When you work with me, we create a safe and caring alchemical container, call in the guides at all levels, including our intuition, shadows, values and dreams, and explore and discover how vast and whole we are, even as we surrender consciously to Change.
